I rang jack at 4:15 on a Thursday afternoon and he returned my call within 5 mins. He was the only one of 5 plumbers that returned my call. After a brief chat he said he’d be at my place 9am the next morning. Next morning, 9am he was there with his offsider. We phoned Jack with very little notice and very close to Christmas. Unlike the response we got from our regular plumber, Jack was at our shop early the next morning greeting us with a big smile. He immediately started the work and finished it without a fuss and his cheerful approach to his work is very contagious. Needless to say of we ever need a plumber in the future we will call on Jack.
